Personal Junk...
[[MORE]] So I started going to therapy. I got a primary diagnosis of PTSD with panic features. Just going to therapy sessions is so emotionally exhausting, but pretending that nothing happened isn’t getting me anywhere. I’ve also been started on medication to ease the anxiety so that I can sleep more than two hours a night (which I haven’t done successfully for 4+ years).

The cutest thing in the world is when I hear my cat, Odessa, meowing from across the house and her meow gets closer and closer until she finds me. Then, she stops meowing and cuddles me. My favorite <3
